~~~VARIETIES OF PRAYER 
This course is about realizing the many ways to God available to us.  For most, prayer is limited to saying words, hoping they reach God, but prayer is not about just saying words.  It is about a listening to God speaking to us through our thoughts, feelings, dreams and hopes.  In this course we will learn how to encounter this God of love who dwells within each one of us and so discover, perhaps for the first time, the paths of true joy, peace and love.
             Mondays, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm --- September 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21, 28, 2024.

​~~~SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
This course will be an introduction to the ancient field of Spiritual Direction.  Spiritual Direction is all about a spiritual conversation in which two believing people meet to discern God's will in their lives by cooperating with the Holy Spirit who speaks both to the one seeking guidance and to the director as well in the conversation itself.  An exciting, challenging journey realized through prayer, discernment, attentive listening and leading to peace, forgiveness, love and all the gifts of the Holy Spirit.  Spiritual Direction will be available with this course.
